We provide a comprehensive refund option within 14 days of purchase, applicable when assets are returned in their original, unaltered condition. Important: Refund eligibility is immediately voided by any buyer-induced damage to the asset.
Rejection Process
Buyers must notify our customer service team before 5 PM CDT within the 14-calendar-day window following purchase receipt. Our specialists will provide efficient guidance through the return authorization process. Immediate contact is recommended to expedite your return or exchange request.
Return Exceptions
Non-Qualifying Returns
- Vehicles with aftermarket modifications or alterations
- Assets currently pledged as loan collateral
- Units exhibiting accident-related damage
Refund Process
Processing Timeline
TJ Brokerage initiates refunds immediately upon successful return inspection. While we process transactions promptly, please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing procedures.
